1. Can you tell us a little about your book?

Walking with Wolf is more than a book. It explains what steps you can do with visualization and animals to invite change in your life. This is a book that helps you understand the spirit world and is specially focused on Spirit Animals, what we can learn from them, and how you can journey with them and imbibe their strengths into your being to enable you to evolve and become more of yourself. These many journeys will bring you Joy, Fun, and also a deep connection with yourself by awakening your senses.

There are spirit chants to be used and repeated a minimum of 11 times a day for as many days till you see the change or connection you desire, visualization, or journey work that goes into your subconscious to create change for you.
